CHalk Bluff

The site of several skirmishes during the Civil War, interpreted though markers placed along a walking trail. Walk through history as you take in the beauty of Crowley’s Ridge and the scenic overview of the St. Francis River.

The park offers trails, rest rooms, handicapped access and is listed on National Register.

Pumpkin Hollow

A family fun staple and home of Arkansas’ first corn maze! Pick your pumpkin, hop on a hayride, get spooky in one of their many haunted attractions which are upgraded and added to every year!
Pumpkin Hollow now has Christmas in the Hollow where families can enjoy a drive thru light experience, pick out their own Christmas trees, and meet Santa! Find out more:

Heritage Park

Heritage Park has a variety of recreational options for all ages. It hosts a large pond with a pier for fishing, and a walking path that circles it to get in a leisurely stroll. It also has 2 play areas and pavilions with grills for families to enjoy.
The park also hosts the annual Piggott Car Show every year, showcasing over 100 cars from all over the country!

Hemingway-pfeiffer museum

Discover the interesting history of Piggott by exploring the Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum! Learn more about the world renowned writer Ernest Hemmingway and his connection to Piggott through the Pfeiffer family. The Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum and Educational Center in Piggott, Arkansas includes a barn studio associated with Ernest Hemingway and the family home of his second wife, Pauline Pfeiffer. Both the home and the barn studio were named to the National Historic Register in 1982.

This early 1930s Tudor-style residence was the home of Karl and Matilda Pfeiffer, son and daughter-in-law of Paul and Mary Pfeiffer. An avid mineral collector, Matilda amassed more than 1,400 specimens from around the world, along with a library of more than 1,600 books and a collection of Native American artifacts. Her extensive collections are on display for visitors. Scenes from "A Face in the Crowd," the 1956 movie starring Andy Griffith and Patricia Neal, were filmed on site, and still photographs from the movie also are on display.
