Who We are

The object for which the Chamber is formed is to promote and perpetuate the business, commercial, manufacturing, and civic interests of the City of Piggott. Our goals are to promote economic growth and stability in the community with respect to an ever-changing, worldwide market. We endeavor to set a standard of excellence in service to our members, while supporting the community at large with varied, worthwhile activities.

Our Board Members

  • Stacey Bare

    Stacey has been the office manager for the chamber since 2023. Stacey enjoys meeting new people as they visit the chamber, which is also the Piggott Tourist Information Center.  In her free time, she loves to travel and is always looking for her next great adventure.

  • Fallon Boshoff

    Chamber President

    Fallon has an eye for detail and organization. In addition to being President of the Chamber, she is the Assistant Vice President of Lending for First National Bank, Chair person on the Piggott School Board, and active participant in a variety of organizations that better the community.

  • Allan Colton

    Allan Colton was named Piggott Clinical Supervisor in June, 2021. After he became a Licensed Masters Social Worker in 2018, Allan has served as an outpatient and school-based therapist at Families, Inc. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

  • Ellen Dalton

    Chamber Board

    Ellen understands the power of tourism for a small community. She created Pumpkin Hollow from the small farm it was to the multi-seasonal experience it is today. She wants to help Piggott grow it’s potential by harnessing more entrepreneurship within our community.

  • Stacey Digges

    Stacey is owner of Hive Minds Marketing. She works with people in her area to promote their small business.

  • Theresa Forrest

    Chamber Board

    Theresa believes in investing in community. She is a multi-business owner in the area including Forrest Realty, and Forret Roots’ Bar & Grill. Theresa puts her tenacity and drive into developing her community as well as her businesses by helping promote local artists and supporting nonprofit organizations.

  • Haley Foster

    The Chamber would like to welcome Haley Foster — Director of Piggott Librar. She has lived in Piggott her whole life. She began her journey at the Library in February 2013 as a part time Clerk, then moved to full time Assistant Director and finally to Library Director in September 2024. She is excited to be able to serve her community in a new way!

  • Chelsea Foster

    Chelsea Foster works at The Piggott Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician. She loves spending time with her husband and two sons August and Tanner. She loves living in Piggott and looks forward to working with the Chamber to growing our community and assisting with events and improvement projects.

  • Sheryl Morgan

    Chamber Vice-President

    Sheryl is the Community Outreach Director for Piggott Health Systems. She loves working at Piggott Community Hospital, and sharing information with people about the resources we have available within Piggott.

  • Stacey Peters

    Chamber Board

    Stacey inspires the future business leaders and creatives as the Business and Marketing instructor at Piggott High School. She also has organized unique experiences, such as FBLA competitions. Stacey also helps her students get involved in the community through mentorship opportunities and workshops they host for the Piggott Elementary students.

  • Connor Rodery

    Owner of City Market, Connor is always cooking up something delicious! City Market has a variety of sweet treats, sandwiches, daily specials, and refreshing beverages.

  • Heather Speer

    Heather represents First National Bank where has worked there for 7 years.  She was a teller for 6 and is now a Customer Service Representative. In her spare time you’ll find her with her husband and son out and about looking for their next adventure.

  • Justin Welch

    Justin works as the City Director and Electric Manager of Piggott.  He has worked with the City for 20 years. Justin has a heart for Piggott and wants to see it grow and prosper. Justin is married to Lauren Welch and they have 3 boys Liam, Jase, and Knox who keep them busy participating in multiple sports. Justin volunteers as a coach in multiple youth sports and enjoys spending his time with his family,  hunting, fishing, and being in the outdoors. 

  • Lindsey Williams

    A lifelong resident of Piggott, aside from four years in Little Rock, Lindsey is dedicated to the growth and vitality of the community. She is the Business Office Manager at Piggott Healthcare and Senior Living, where she also oversees HR and admissions. With several years of experience in long-term care, in-home care supervision, and marketing, she brings a strong background in service and leadership. She is married to Brody Williams and has a daughter, Naomi, who attends Piggott schools. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her daughter at ballgames, spending time at the river, and relaxing with her family and three dogs. She is passionate about helping local businesses collaborate and creating exciting new opportunities for the citizens of Piggott.

  • Jaime Woods

    Jamie is a storyteller at heart with a passion for connecting people, building community, and creating positive change!

    As a Volunteer Experience Specialist at Girl Scouts – Diamonds, Jamie gets to empower incredible volunteers who are shaping the next generation of leaders. By providing support, training, and encouragement, she helps create meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact on girls and our communities.
